Stephen H. Lebovitz, Esquire, graduated from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 with a B.S. in Economics concentrating in finance. Attorney Lebovitz then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Law School at the University of Pittsburgh in 1989. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989, he joined Lebovitz & Lebovitz, P.A. practicing with his father and grandfather. He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1992 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993.
Mr. Lebovitz is active in litigation. He is often in court arguing matters concerning construction liability, corporate dissolution, real estate matters, such as partition or foreclosure, personal injury, property boundary, and inheritance issues.
He appears before the Social Security Administrative Law Judges, Workers’ Compensation Judges such as partition or foreclosure. Attorney Lebovitz also handles family matters, estate planning, and tax work.
