Richard D. Lebovitz is an attorney at Lebovitz & Lebovitz, P.A. and a member of the
third generation of the Lebovitz family’s legal practice. He focuses his practice on
family law matters including divorce, child custody,
child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements,
marital settlement agreements, protective orders, and
step-parent adoptions.
Richard received his B.A. from Emory University in 1989, where he majored in Political Science and
Economics. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1992. He has been admitted
to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1992 and the Maryland Bar since 2005. He is a member of the
Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and State of Maryland Bar Associations.
